Daddy Daughter Dance

The Creamery Arts Center Exhibition Hall
Tickets: $20 per couple, plus $5 for each additional child
Join us for the 3rd annual Daddy-Daughter Dance as Springfield Ballet brings you a fairytale evening for little girls and their favorite dates (their dads!). Professional ballroom instructor, Obi Simpson of Take the Lead, and his partner will give basic instruction as well as some demonstrations (think "Dancing with the Stars!"). Dads and daughters will have plenty of time to "free-style," meet other couples and spend quality time together taking photos, playing games, and shopping the Ballet Boutique!
Light sweets and treats will be provided by The Cake Truffle Store and Hyvee. Attire is "your Sunday best."

Springfield Ballet's 8th annual Princess Tea and Fashion Show has gone MAD! Join Alice, The Mad Hatter, The White Rabbit and more for a celebration of sugar, spice & everything nice. Gloves and hats are encouraged at this afternoon complete with a high-tea, spring fashion show, entertainment by Springfield Ballet and a chance to join the dancers on stage! Shop the silent auction all afternoon as princesses of all ages enjoy the "highest" view of Springfield!
Participating Retailers: Staxx, Jelly Beans, Harem & Company, The Red Poppy Boutique and the Kid's Court.
A Night for The Nutcracker

Celebrate the season of The Nutcracker with a happy hour at Parlor 88! Kick back after a hard day's work and try your luck at taking home one of our themed gift baskets just before the season of gift giving. All proceeds benefit the 28th annual production of Springfield Ballet's The Nutcracker.
Breakfast with Santa and The Nutcracker

Join Springfield Ballet once again this year for Breakfast with Santa & The Nutcracker! Even the youngest (and squirmiest!) audience members will enjoy excerpts from Springfield Ballet's production, dance with the cast members, create a holiday craft, enjoy breakfast treats and juice (coffee for grown ups!), hear the reading of The Nutcracker story by KY3's Maria Neider, and more!
A wonderful holiday event for kids, grand kids, nieces, nephews, and all young Nutcracker lovers!
Sugarplum Soiree

On the night before the opening of everyone's holiday favorite,The Nutcracker, Springfield Ballet hosts the Sugarplum Soiree Guests at this special holiday event will enjoy appetizers and drinks before the final dress rehearsal performance and a chance to win a beautiful diamond tennis bracelet, valued at $1499, generously donated by Endless Time & Jewelry. Fans of The Nutcracker enjoy a sneak peak at the costumes, scenery, and dances we all know and love. This cocktail-attire event is sure to kick off the holiday season downtown with style! An Evening So Magical, Your Jaw Will Drop Too!

Immediately following the Saturday matinee performance of The Nutcracker, children are invited to enjoy cookies and juice and a special meet and greet with the stars of The Nutcracker in the lobby of the beautiful, historic Landers Theatre. All children take home a special souvenir!
