Springfield Ballet is pleased to offer ballet classes for teens and adults who want to experience
dance as a recreational activity for fun and exercise. Open Adult
classes focus on the use of dance technique to help with toning,
strength and flexibility, and it is offered for men and women at
beginner to intermediate levels. Dress code is athletic wear, nothing too loose; ballet slippers are needed. Ages 16+
Winter/Spring 2024 Schedule
January 8-May 11 (No Classes March 11-16 or April 29-May 4)
- Beginner Adult Ballet & Conditioning class - Tuesdays,
7:00-8:15 pm with Jamie Williams. This class is open to anyone with or
without dance
experience.
- Intermediate Adult Ballet class - Thursdays, 7:30-8:45 pm with Jamie Williams. This class is open to anyone with
previous dance experience.
Cost
Single class rate: $15/class or $104 for an 8-class card. ($52 for a 4-class card available during summer sessions.)
Class cards are only valid for one year after purchase date.
